Appeal from an order of the district court denying a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial. The actions, consolidated for trial, involve a claim for damages sustained by plaintiffs, Asa B. Marcy and Katherine Marcy, resulting from a head-on collision between two automobiles.
