The appellee, Doris Stover, suffered injuries in an automobile accident as a result of a collision of a vehicle in which she was a passenger and that of one Joseph M. Roe, deceased. The appellee filed a complaint in the Tipton Court against Roe's estate and received a judgment of $10,000.
