Plaintiffs, owners of a mobile home park in the village of Landfall, leased a trailer site to defendants on an oral month-to-month basis. Plaintiffs duly served defendants on June 29, 1970, with notice to vacate the premises on or before August 1, 1970, and, upon defendants' refusal to vacate, plaintiffs initiated the statutory unlawful detainer action in Washington County Municipal Court.
