Butler, Jr. (Butler), a Mississippi citizen conducting a farming operation in Bolivar County, Mississippi, and the defendant, Bunge Corporation (Bunge), is a New York corporation engaged in buying and storage of grain in Mississippi under the trade name of River Grain Company.
