This is an appeal from a decree of the Circuit Court for Cecil County (Roney, J.), ordering the appellant, Josephine Boettcher to execute a valid lease to Dolores Van Lill, who is appellee both individually and as executrix of the estate of Arthur Van Lill, her late husband.
