This is an appeal from a Superior Court order granting a summary judgment against Tamara Haddad and her father, Edmond Haddad, denying them damages for personal injures suffered by Tamara which were allegedly caused by the negligence of First National Stores, Inc.

First National has a place of business located on Broad Street in Central Falls. It consists of a supermarket and a large parking lot which abuts the sidewalk...
