This is an action for personal injuries arising out of a one-car accident which occurred when a car driven by Robert Janis hit a hole in a dirt road and rolled over. The appellant, Constance Collins, (herein referred to as plaintiff), a passenger in this automobile, was thrown against the roof of the car as a result of the accident, injuring her neck, causing paralysis of her body and rendering her a quadraplegic with permanent disability.
