Lewis Allen Leach owned certain real estate in Walton County, Georgia, on which he and his wife lived for many years before their separation. After their separation, Mrs. Leach continued to reside on the property.

In February, 1971, Mr. Leach listed the property for sale with a real estate company. Fred Davis, Jr., desired to purchase the property and on February 22, 1971, signed a contract agreeing to buy it for $9,000. Davis obtained...
