From an adverse judgment awarding the plaintiff, Johanna D. Chapman, the sum of $12,000.00 with 6% Interest per annum from March 5, 1968, together with 10% Attorney's fees on principal and interest, the defendants Capri Construction Company, Inc., and Marie Bishop have lodged this suspensive appeal.
