This is a suit for damages stemming from a car-truck accident which occurred on Route 280 south of Toledo, Ohio, on July 29, 1964. Plaintiff Felix Walls, a resident of Detroit, was proceeding south on Route 280 when the accident occurred. The testimony regarding the accident was conflicting.
