LATCHUM, District Judge.

Cleveland Reed ("Reed"), a State prisoner, has petitioned this Court for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U. S.C. § 2254. He was permitted to proceed in forma pauperis.

Reed and a co-defendant1 were convicted by a jury in the Superior Court of the State of Delaware for armed robbery upon a Wilmington merchant. On May 23, 1969 Reed was sentenced to ten years...
