OPINION

KELLY, Justice.

Defendant, Murphy Motor Freight Lines, Inc., appeals from a judgment for compensatory damages of $200 and exemplary damages of $6,000 in favor of plaintiff, Witte Transportation Company, entered after a trial before the court sitting without a jury.

The main issue in this case is: Does the evidence sustain the trial court's finding in substance that defendant intentionally, maliciously, and wrongfully interfered with the business...
