NEWTON, Justice.

This is a declaratory judgment action brought in behalf of the underwriters insuring, through Lloyd's, London, Eagle Raceways, Inc., of Eagle, Nebraska, to determine liability, if any, to defend and indemnify Louis S. Quattrocchi, a racing driver, aganst an action for injuries sustained by another racing participant Lynch Guy Hollamon. We affirm the judgment of the district court in favor of plaintiff.
