This is an action for divorce based on LSA-R.S. 9:302 which allows a divorce where there is no reconciliation between the spouses after passage of either a year and 30 days or a year and 60 days from a judgment of separation from bed and board. The litigation in the instant case was commenced in September of 1967, when Mrs. Doughty filed suit in the 24th Judicial District, Parish of Jefferson, for a separation from bed and board.
