The culmination of three separate but related proceedings in the Criminal Court of Baltimore has destined Bland Calvin Gatewood, appellant here, to a period of confinement within the correctional system of Maryland. In the last of the three, appellant was convicted of perjury in a jury trial before Judge J. Gilbert Prendergast, and sentenced to serve a term of three years...
