ORDER
Petitioner's motion is granted, and the record herein is transmitted to the Public Utitlteis Commission with direction that said commission give further consideration to this matter forthwith on the basis of newly discovered evidence without prejudice to the right of respondent, Blackstone Valley Electric Company, to raise the issue presented herein at a hearing on the merits before this court.
