Plaintiff, Sam Parish Construction Company sued Cities Service Pipeline Company to recover the sum of $118,328.16 allegedly due plaintiff under a contract for the construction of a tank car repair shop on defendant's premises in Calcasieu Parish. Defendant denied it owed plaintiff any sum whatsoever and filed a reconventional demand for damages alleging plaintiff failed to complete its contract.
