The plaintiffs, Barbara A. Wilson and Eubelia Meadows, claim they suffered personal injuries when the defendant, Edward Eubanks, negligently drove his automobile into an automobile being operated by plaintiff Wilson in which plaintiff Meadows was a passenger.

On March 3, 1967, 13 months after the accident, well within the three-year limitational period...
