This is an appeal from the Superior Court of Baltimore City (Sodaro, J.) which did not agree with John Richard Jones that he should have been allowed to bring an action against the Unsatisfied Claim and Judgment Fund Board. Jones still contends that the unusual manner in which he was injured was a "hit and run" accident, as it is defined in the general provisions of Art. 66 1...
