This appeal arises out of a civil action initiated by plaintiffs Jerry L. Gitre and Gitre Co., Inc., against Kessler Products Co., Inc., (hereinafter referred to as "Kessler") and The Dover Molded Products Co. (hereinafter referred to as "Dover"), for damages arising out of breach of contract. From a grant of defendants' motions for accelerated judgment, plaintiffs appeal.
