Plaintiff, Del Cryer, instituted this suit against the defendant, M & M Manufacturing Company, Inc. to collect royalties and attorney's fees under a written contract entered into between plaintiff and defendant.

It was established by the evidence that plaintiff, Del Cryer, acquired ownership of the Jet-Glo Multi Purpose Heater in a judgment against Pioneer Manufacturing Company. He retained the services of Green Research Engineering Company...
