Petitioner, Margaret Ann Keever, seeks by certiorari to establish the respondent judge acted illegally in denying her motion to dismiss a murder charge on the ground she had been denied her right to a speedy trial as guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, Article I, section 10, of the Iowa Constitution and Iowa Code section 795.2.
