This was an equity case tried before the Hon. Charles A. Waters, without a jury, on June 21 and 22, 1967. Subsequently, on January 24, 1968, the court entered a finding in favor of plaintiff in the sum of $3,825.12 for commissions due. No findings of fact or conclusions of law were filed. See Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1517.
