SMITH, Justice.

Plaintiff, tenant, recovered damages of $16,000 on a claim that defendant, ownerlessor of a shopping center, had breached a covenant against competition. The district court overruled defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict and an alternative motion for a new trial. Defendant appeals. Assignments of error are related to interpretation of the agreement, nominal damages, and admissibility of evidence.
