MR. JUSTICE DAVIS delivered the opinion of the court:

The circuit court of Cook County, after a hearing, entered an order authorizing the City of Chicago to demolish two buildings located at 613 West Armitage Avenue, because they were in a dangerous and unsafe condition. The city's complaint for repair or demolition set forth the conditions constituting Building Code violations found on the premises.
