GILLESPIE, Presiding Justice:

Eddie Moore and Sammie Lee Carouthers (plaintiffs) filed separate suits against Robert W. Acord, Quedell Conway, and Wallace Pulphus, in the Circuit Court of Chickasaw County for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The two cases were consolidated for trial, and the jury returned separate verdicts of $5,000 for Moore and $7,500 for Carouthers. Judgments were entered accordingly...
