This appeal deals with two causes, consolidated in the Superior Court of Maricopa County, the first being an action upon a promissory note in the amount of $2,600 executed by appellants Drumwright and Mollison to appellee, Lynn Engineering and Manufacturing, Inc., an Arizona corporation.
