Amadio, Kaldenberg, Scalvace and Sinatra were convicted of conspiracy (Pen. Code, § 182) to receive stolen property (count I) and of receiving stolen property (Pen. Code, § 496), as alleged in counts III, IV and V.1 As to Amadio, Kaldenberg and Scalvace, execution of the sentences on counts IV and V was stayed,
