Plaintiff, Christina Tsiolis, began this action against the defendant, Fred Hatterscheidt, for an accounting of rents. The defendant sought an offset for commissions alleged to be due him for projected rents on leases which he had negotiated and which had not terminated. The trial court gave judgment to the plaintiff for the full amount of the rents due plus interest; and also gave judgment to the defendant for the full amount of his claimed off...
