On this appeal from a summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee Kennecott Copper Corporation, plaintiffs-appellants Torres seek to challenge the trial court's conclusion that it lacked jurisdiction to entertain plaintiffs' suit for damages against Kennecott. The trial court held that plaintiffs' exclusive remedy was under the Workmen's Compensation Act. Kennecott has filed a motion to dismiss the appeal contending that the appeal has become moot...
