Vernon Prudhomme, individually and as administrator of the estate of his minor son, James C. Prudhomme, instituted this suit for damages for personal injuries sustained by his son when a motorcycle being operated by young Prudhomme collided with a pick-up truck being driven by Roy Woodson.
