OPINION BY CERCONE, J., March 23, 1971:

The Indictment against Thaddeus Saxon charged that he: ". . . did unlawfully and feloniously interfere with law enforcement personnel and fire fighting equipment, during riotous and tumultuous conditions, to wit: did stand at the intersection of South Penn Street and West Hope Avenue, and refused to let fire fighting equipment proceed to a fire at Hoffman's Meat Market situate...
