Suit in the Circuit Court of Marion County, in Equity, wherein appellant alleged that it was the assignee of a mortgage, executed by Langdons, appellees, to secure a debt owing by them. The mortgage misdescribed some real property upon which a dwelling house built for appellees (Langdons) was situated. The prayer sought relief incident to the misdescription. The trial court entered a decree dismissing the suit after a hearing on respondents' plea...
