Petition for declaratory judgment to determine the ownership of a tract of land with the buildings thereon situated in Bedford, New Hampshire. The determination of ownership was transferred without ruling on an agreed statement of facts by Keller, J.

The property in question was owned by Frances M. Taylor on November 27, 1938, the date of her death. Frances M. Taylor died testate without issue survived...
