The appellant filed a claim against the appellee for damages which he alleged resulted from a collision between an automobile driven by the appellee and one which he was driving. The jury returned a verdict for the appellant in the amount of $1,500. The appellant filed a motion for a new trial which was overruled and the case is here for review. Held:
