The relators are purchasing under a real estate contract, Lots Nos. 47, 48, 49, 50, 51 and 52 of the Springside Allotment in Porter Township, Scioto County, Ohio; and have brought this action in mandamus against the trustees of Porter Township seeking a writ to require respondents to repair and maintain a portion of Park Street in that subdivision.
