Allis died on December 17, 1923, and by her will left the residue of her estate in trust, with income to her daughter Elizabeth Allis Kuder, for life; and the remainder to her daughter's children, Paul M. Kuder and Elizabeth A. Braithwaite, the appellants in this action. The will names the First Wisconsin Trust Company, respondent herein, as executor and trustee.
