Robert C. Widdoes (appellee) filed a Bill of Complaint against Helen L. Widdoes (appellant) on 6 August 1969 in the Circuit Court for Cecil County praying for a divorce a vinculo matrimonii and for custody of the minor children of the parties, Charles Carson Widdoes, age 16, and Gerald Kevin Widdoes, age 6, both, according to the Bill, in the custody of the father.
