The plaintiff brought this action to recover the value of a fully equipped Mack diesel tractor, stolen while alleged to be in the possession of the defendant as a bailee for hire. The defendant has appealed from the judgment rendered for the plaintiff. The complaint is in two counts; the first count relies on the contract of bailment, and the second rests on the alleged negligence of the defendant.
