Appellant, Craig Henry Fellows, was tried in the Criminal Court of Baltimore by a jury under two indictments charging him with the murder and armed robbery of Joseph Eugene Wilson, same being Indictments Nos. 3955/69 and 3956/69. He was found guilty of robbery with a deadly weapon (Indictment No. 3956 — first count), and sentenced to twenty years under the jurisdiction of the Department of Correctional Services...
