PER CURIAM.

On August 29, 1966, defendant was convicted by a jury for the crime of armed robbery. MCLA § 750.529 (Stat Ann 1970 Cum Supp § 28.797). Defendant was sentenced to serve a term of 9 to 20 years in prison.
