Defendant was convicted by a jury of armed robbery, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797, and sentenced to a term of not less than 8 nor more than 15 years in prison. It was alleged at trial that the defendant robbed, at gunpoint, two attendants of a gas station. Defendant appeals as of right from his conviction and sentence.
