PER CURIAM.

On January 5, 1970, plaintiffs brought suit against defendants for payment of two promissory notes, to have a deed set aside, and for a judgment on account. Defendants were personally served with a summons and complaint on January 10, 1970.

An appearance was made on defendants' behalf by their attorney on January 23, 1970. The record shows, however, that no answer or any other responsive pleading on behalf of the defendants Cook was ever filed...
