On April 9, 1970, by her plea of guilty, defendant was convicted of larceny from the person.1 On June 5, 1970, the trial court delayed the imposition of sentence for a period of six months. MCLA § 771.1 (Stat Ann 1971 Cum Supp § 28.1131).
