This is an appeal on questions of law by defendant, appellant herein, from a final judgment on a jury verdict of guilty, and sentence, in the Toledo Municipal Court on the charge of driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of Section 21-6-9 of the Ordinances of the city of Toledo.
