MORTON, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellant, Paul McAndrew Graham, was convicted of murder in the first degree and of robbery with a deadly weapon by a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore. Respective sentences of life imprisonment and 20 years, concurrent, were imposed.
