PER CURIAM.

Defendant Ardless Hawk was charged with statutory rape (MCLA § 750.520 [Stat Ann 1954 Rev § 28.788]), whereupon he was convicted upon a jury verdict and sentenced to 10 to 20 years in prison. Defendant brings this appeal as of right, asserting instructional error and challenging the sufficiency of the evidence.
