J.J. Oberbillig died intestate on January 7, 1958. Harlow Oberbillig, a son, applied for and was granted letters of administration on May 13, 1958. More than nine years later the estate had not been closed and on September 14, 1967 Ernest Oberbillig, another son, petitioned to be appointed co-administrator in his father's estate.
