After a jury trial, the defendant was convicted of dealing in firearms without a license in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(a) (1).1 He was sentenced to two years' imprisonment and fined $2,000. The imprisonment was suspended and he was placed on probation. He appeals on numerous grounds, some of which were passed upon by the district court in a thorough opinion upon the denial of defendant's motion to dismiss...
