This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of second degree murder following a jury trial and verdict of guilty. Defendants were charged with the crime of first degree murder resulting from the killing of one John C. Combs, a Parma city policeman, in the early morning hours of September 22, 1969. Combs and his companion, Wong, had received a radio report of an attempted robbery and discovered a parked car in a remote farm area of Canyon County...
